Dermatologist Scammed me (I think)

about to be 18 in few months, and did a second ever dermatologist visit because last one was really bad. This one seemed genuine and knew his stuff and was positive about minoxidil and Finasteride and also mentioned that i likely have AGA,

but this is all he gave me:-

  1. Regrow Hair clinic Shampoo and conditioner

  2. Skin labs anti dandruff conditioner

  3. cystiphane anti hair loss shampoo (which he told to apply on dry hair??)
    4)Betnovate

For context i have seborrheic dermatitis and I told him i had already used minoxidil before and it helped but had to stop.

Those products won’t do much for AGA. Min and fin are your go-to for regrowth and maintenance. Since you have dermatitis, managing that is important too. Consider using ketoconazole shampoo and adding CBD with MCT oil. Shampoos alone won’t do much for AGA, but they can help with scalp health. Look into the Beginner’s Guide for more options.
