**Good luck but keep your expectations low. Such a crown thinning may require a good hair transplant. I cannot know precisely how many grafts but I suppose 5000-7000 may do the job, though i have no idea about that matter, never tried it or interested much. **
Crown thinning responds best to medication, so if it is just the crown, I would be more positive.
