The first picture is from May 2023 and the second picture is from today. You can see visible difference in between the two pictures, and that my crown area is expanding. I have been on finasteride 1 mg daily for about more than a year now and I have been on topical 5% minoxidil for several months although I only apply it to my hairline as it’s receding. Any advice on what I should do? It seems like fin 1mg is slowly losing its battle. Not sure if this makes a huge difference or not but the second picture is taken with a shorter haircut than the first.
I’m in the same position as you, though finasteride treatment has only been 6 months. All the areas I was losing hair have just continued to lose hair. Some people are just more sensitive to dht than others 
I’ve seen dutasteride as a suggestion rather than staying with finasteride
I wish I had that “thinning” too.
