hi there i’ve been on fin 1mg MWF for a year sometimes EOD ik it’s not good to be inconsistent with meds after 1 year i can say my hairloss stopped or maybe slowed down to the point im only seeing 10-15 in the shower but i feel like my hair thickness didn’t come back i thought i started early(20 years old) with diffuse thinning and also on sides but not that much on the sides tbh the loss stopped from 3-2 months ago before that i was shedding like crazy so should i wait now and don’t add dut or min im thinking of adding once weekly dut with my fin doses or should i add oral min better tysm
Seems like fin might have stabilized your loss. Dut could give you extra DHT blocking power, but it may also bring more side effects. Oral min could boost regrowth since it’s more potent than topical. Whether to add one or the other depends on whether you want more regrowth or DHT suppression. More consistency with fin may also help.
