My doctor prescribed Alocare 2 (2.275 mg/ml), which is a topical finasteride. He instructed me to spray it directly onto my scalp. I asked whether hair might block the solution and reduce its effectiveness. He said it’s fine, but I’m not entirely convinced. Please let me know your opinion guys

topical fin reduces scalp DHT directly and should be effective if it reaches your scalp well. it’s okay if some gets on hair, but try to ensure most hits the skin. if you’re worried about coverage, you could gently part the hair while applying. the spray concentration seems standard, meant to work with minimal systemic exposure.
