Chest discomfort on finasteride?

25M - Been taking 0.25mg finasteride (every day) for around 5 days. Before that took 0.5mg finasteride EOD for around a week but felt a little chest discomfort. Now on 0.25mg still the same, slight chess discomfort. It’s not exactly painful but I just feel like it’s not right.

It’s not sensitive nipples or around the nipple area, it feels more deep in the chest if that makes sense?
Is this a side effect or could I be allergic? Do you think it might go away with continued use?

I don’t wanna give up on finasteride since it my last resort and I don’t wanna be bald.
