Im 17 and for about 3 years now my hair has been thinning all over, back and sides included aswell as eyebrows a bit. I went to get checked for vitamin d and found it was 28.4 nmol/L, whilst the amount that was sufficient was 75nmol/L. My time outside hasn’t changed in over 5 years and hairline has barely receded like Nw 1.5.
Your vitamin D levels are low and could be contributing to your hair thinning, especially since it’s all over and includes eyebrows. Vitamin D deficiency can affect hair follicle health. Consider supplementing to see if it helps, but also check other factors like iron or thyroid function. For more info, see The Beginner’s Guide.
