Can I get by with just minoxidil?
I would take finasteride too, but I’m currently in a tough financial situation and relying on money from donating blood. Do I need to take finasteride as well to stop my hair going or could I get by with minoxidil and maybe something else?

You can try using just min, it’ll help with hair regrowth even if you’re not addressing the root cause like fin does.
