Bumps After 1 Month of Weekly Microneedling at 1mm

started micro needling about a month ago once a week at 1mm. these bumps started showing up in the area where I was microneedling and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do. could these be scars? if so, should I wait for them to heal before going back to microneedling?

I use isopropal alcohol on the dermastamp but don’t clean my skin on that area, would I need to do that first?

Make sure to clean your scalp thoroughly before microneedling. Wait for the bumps to heal completely before continuing. If it continues, try a milder microneedling regimen or consult a derm for further advice. Cleaning the skin before starting is key to preventing this.
