So back in 2024 (bottom picture) I started taking the Hims Fin/Minoxidil spray combo. I wasnt crazy about it and thought there was a decent amount of room for user error, so I switched to the finasteride 1mg pill orally and the over the counter Minoxidil 5% foam back in late July of 2025 (middle picture). This is me now (top picture, over 7 months after the switch) and I feel like its not really doing much, but maybe I’m wrong. Im still constantly losing hair whether it be in the shower or just finding a long hair on my shirt at work. Any advice? Do I just stick with it and see where im at in a year? Or act on it now and do something else? Better yet, is it even salvageable? Appreciate any insight
