Are These Carrier Agents Effective for 1% Finasteride + 5% Minoxidil After 3 Months?

I have the topical finasteride 1% + Minoxidil 5% solution which hahs the follwing ingredients as the carrier agent.
Water
Glycerin
PEG-40 hydrogenated Castor Oil.

Are these ingredients a good enough carriers agent ?
I have been using this solution for 3 months as my first time using finasteride.

Rest of the ingredients are :
Minoxidil, Finasteride, Hydrolyzed Rice, Protein Niácinamide (Vitamin B3), Pinax Ginseng Root Extract, Allium Cepa ( Onion) Bulb Extract, Hydrolyzed Silk, Mentha Piperita ( Peppermint) Oil, Panthenol ( Provitamin B5), Zinc PCA, Lactic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, fragrance

The carriers you’re using should be adequate for delivering fin and min topically. Keep using it consistently, and remember treatments can take up to a year to show full results. Check out The Beginner’s Guide for more info.
