been diagnosed with aga and seborrheic dermatitis. a few months back. i began using rosemary & jojoba oil and ketoconazole . i’ll soon start with minoxi and microneedling, alongside multi peptide serum.
anybody’s got good experience with saw palmetto (recently started) or/and stinging nettle?
unfortunately im very skeptical of dut/fin because of possible libido side effects, especially as a few years back i got tough sides from an antidepressant that lasted 2 years almost. like the antidepressant, fin/dut affect allopregnanolone, so that’s why im exploring alternatives.
was also pondering between CB 03 01 and spironolactone? im open to hear others’ experience.
Mixing rosemary and jojoba oil with ketoconazole should help with your seborrheic dermatitis, consider MCT+CBD as well. Min and microneedling is smart for AGA. Saw palmetto and nettle could help a little, but evidence is generally negative. Be cautious with spironolactone; it’s not often used in men. Clascoterone has mixed reviews but is worth checking out.
