I’m on oral 1mg fin and oral 2.5mg min daily. I started shedding in the 3rd week, have been shedding for 7 weeks now, which i’m also a bit worried beca i haven’t seen signs of the shed slowing down, is it a sudden change when the shed phase is slowing? It’s not a huge amount of shed tbh but my hairline is going back. I have seen new, thicker, darker hairs, but a few of them have also shedded, is this normal? Do you think my hairline will come back forward? thanks
Yeah, shedding during the first few months is pretty normal with fin/min. It sounds like your hair is going through the initial shedding phase, losing some weaker hairs, which is normal. The new thicker hairs you’re seeing are a good sign that the treatments are working. It can take a year to see full results so hang in there. Your hairline might improve with continued use.
