68m Hair loss remedies - been using minoxidol but hair loss now seems to be increasing. Is there another treatment that may work better? Or is my age taking over?

Since min seems to be less effective right now, consider adding fin or dutasteride for hormonal management of hair loss. These can help reduce DHT, which is responsible for AGA.
