I’m currently on oral 2 in one minoxidil and finasteride 2.5mg + 1mg tablet and have been on it for around 6months since the start I’ve been seeing progress with my diffuse thinning hair at the crown becoming thicker
Looking at progress pictures and videos the area of my crown has been improving but recently over the past few weeks it seems like it’s gone back to how it was at the start with thinning, has anyone experienced this before? And was wondering how to proceed with it, wait a while longer as it’s only been a few months or switch to dut?
6 months on min + fin is still relatively early, and sometimes you see fluctuations in progress. Treatments can take up to a year to fully stabilize, and a shedding phase is not uncommon. If your regression isn’t too severe, hang in there and monitor how things go for another few months.
