You’re doing great with using min, fin, and now microneedling. These treatments work together well. While age can sometimes affect hair regrowth, they’re more about genetics and how your follicles respond. Keep at it and you should start seeing improvements over the next few months. Stick to the routine and give it some time.

You can always go back 5 years if you respond well to a treatment. If that area had been thinning since your late 20s, then filling it fully won’t be really possible, good news is that it is just the crown thinning and medications work the best there. Also, you may opt for a FUE hair transplant of a few thousand grafts if it does not cut that, your donor seems suitable. You are not cooked and yes regrowth is possible.
