37M with ED on Fin/min spray; Seeking advice on pills

ED.

im 37. Limited balding but slight receed on widows peak, temples and at the back. Spray didnt do anythjng for 6 months.

Mate at the gym told me to get on the pills. Hes also said he had ED but didnt last. But he’s early 20s and I have low test

Please help.

To add further - libido etc is night and day from last week to the weekend/ this week.

Also been feeling a bit low but I can get like that sometimes

Topical: 50mg minoxidil, 1mg fin, 0.5mg tretenoin

Pill: 0.5mg dust, 2.5mg minox, 10mg biotin

(Also took 6 months of minox in pill form last year which did nothing before moving to topical)

Switching from fin to dut might increase the chance of ED due to more potent DHT inhibition. Sticking with topical treatments could reduce side effects. Check out The Beginner’s Guide for more info on treatments.

Thanks my issue is 6 months topical have zero benefits.

Can the ED effects subside or do they last?
