35M Considering Stopping Dut and Min Due to Side Effects After 9 Months

Looking for some guidance. My story is I am now 35, I noticed thinning back in 2021. My hair seems to be falling out really slowly but not in the normal way, just diffused thinning. I started on just Min, no issues but no growth. Then I got on Fin and Min from Keeps from 2022 into 2024. Didn’t notice any shedding or growth. But I had sexual side effects that never went away. Back in January of 2025 I switched to Dut and Min. Even worse sexual side effects that still haven’t gone away.

The side effects are the same for both, watery semen, but when it comes out it shoots out like a hose that’s been kinked. Lots of pressure and it just looks and feels like water. It also doesn’t feel like an orgasm. Dut does the same but also gives me nasty ball ache and lower abdominal pain that hasn’t gone away since I started, it’s been almost 9 months. It’s like having blue balls times 3 but it only happens if I’m aroused. Only relief I get is well relieving myself. In fact, everything feels off down there, sensitivity is weird and feels like everything is getting suck in my urethra despite the consistency of the semen.

Should I just stop taking the meds and shave the damn thing off? Maybe try doing some research into a hair system. Being bald isn’t the best look for me. I can’t grow anything that resembles facial hair. If I go the transplant route and have to be on the same medication and deal with the sexual side effects, I’m just not sure I want to do that.

If the sides are too much, stopping dut and min might be necessary. Remember, dut is stronger on reducing DHT but comes with more sexual side effects. You could try switching to a topical solution to see if that helps reduce sides while maintaining some treatment. Look into options like topical dut or fin which are thought to reduce systemic absorption. Hair systems or buzzing it short could also work if you’re over the meds.
