32M on Fin/Min for 2 Years: Considering HT for Overall Thinning

I’m 32 and have been taking fin and min 1mg everyday for the past 2 years. I wanted my hair to stabilize before thinking about a HT. I usually buzzcut my hair with #1 but I want to have more options and I want to increase density in my upper part.

I like natural hairlines even with receding in the temples, especially because I’m not that young.

Are HT a good option here? Or are they more aimed towards focused balding?

Hair transplants (HT) can work for overall thinning but they’re generally aimed at specific areas. Since you’re 32 and have been on fin and min for 2 years, you’ve taken good steps to stabilize your loss. HT might help if you want more density but consult about your donor hair suitability first. Keep maintaining your regimen and ensure you discuss your expectation for a natural hairline in any HT plan.
