30M, Using Minoxidil/Finasteride for 1 Year, Seeking Plan Advice for Improved Hair Regrowth

For most of my life my hair has been something I’m proud of. (I remember being really picky about it in one instance at 5) Over the last three years my hairline has really started to recede and I’ve become part of the hat gang. Few Questions because I’m likely making it out to be worse than it is:

1	What Norwood am I at currently?

2	My plan of treatment right now is 1 year of minoxidil/finasteride/biotin, while I dial in my diet and lose some weight, and then if necessary getting a hair transplant to fill in the rest. Is this a good plan or should I make some adjustments?

3	What other Supplemental things can I do to support growth?

fin 1 mg daily is a common treatment plan and a good first step for AGA. Adding min could give more improvement since it acts to maintain growth. Consider microneedling or using ketoconazole shampoo for scalp health. Hair transplant’s a solid option further down the line, but keep up fin to maintain what you have. Check the beginner’s guide for more pointers on treatment.
