starting fin and using min is your best bet for trying to regrow hair. results can take up to a year to show. it’s hard to predict how much regrowth you’ll see, especially with your level of loss, but sticking with it might stabilize the loss. keep at it and good luck.

Your alopecia is crazy severe, I’d directly hop into oral dutasteride 0.5mg and oral minoxidil, it’s the best treatment for alopecia, and you need all you can get
