Hey guys.
I have been losing hair since I was 14 years old. I was prescribed Topical Minoxidil that time but wasn’t too regular with applying it. Started taking treatment for hair loss seriously when I was 20 years old. Followed it seriously for about 2 years but stopped doing it after since I was having other issues, mainly mental health issues not related to hair loss, so had to focus on that. I started taking treatment again at 28 years old, about 2 years back. I don’t know if I have got much hair regrowth back since then. I have been following the treatment religiously for the last 2 years. I am 30 years old now. I fear it’s too late. Is hair transplant still an option for me? If it’s too late, will it be better for me to stop all the medication, forget about it and just shave the head off.
I am attaching pictures so you could look at them and tell me what Norwood am I? And if hair transplant is still an option for me?
My treatment plan is:-
-
5 mg oral Minoxidil daily.
-
0.5 mg oral Dutasteride daily.
-
10% Topical Minoxidil once daily at night.
-
Copper peptide(or is it Tri peptide?) serum once daily in the morning.
-
iGrow Red Light Laser Therapy thrice in a week.
-
Micro needling 1.0 mm once a week
-
Cyclic vitamin therapy. Different vitamins provided by my hair doctor.
