3 Months Post-Transplant: No Baby Hair Growth, On Dutasteride & Minoxidil, Concerned?

I got hair transplants from Dr Bonus on 6/22/25. I wash my hair every time it gets sweaty, wear a hat every time outside, take dutasteride 0.5 mg 3x a week and a minoxidil 2.5 mg a day, and I followed the antibiotics and post care routine to a T. Also I had some redness and occasional pimples but there wasn’t any necrosis or any dead skin or anything.

The first two photos attached were taken an hour ago (so 3 months after the surgery) and the last was taken a week after the surgery.

It’s been 3 months and I’m not seeing any tiny hairs growing in. Should I be concerned or should I still keep waiting?. I’m gonna email dr ratchathorn and see what she says as well

hey, it’s normal not to see much at 3 months after a hair transplant. usually, new hair starts growing around the 4 to 6-month mark. keep up with the dut and min routine, and give it time. it sounds like you’re healing well, so just hang in there a bit longer.
