29M with Hypothyroidism: Minoxidil, Finasteride, or Hair Transplant for Receding Hairline?

Hey everyone! First time here!

In the last 5 years or so, I’ve started noticing my hairline slowly receding. However, it really started getting worse for me when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years ago, and I have been suffering with some *Long COVID-*like symptoms as well, but I am not 100% sure about the latter.

What is your opinion? Do I need to take Minoxidil and/or Finasteride + microneedling, or do I just fly straight to Turkey and get (what looks to me) a 1000-1200 graft hair transplant? I think I am at the Norwood 2 scale at the moment, but I might be incorrect. Regarding genetics, my dad id 63, and he’s somewhere at Norwood 6, maybe more. Both of us have pretty similar hair loss patterns, though I am nowhere near his hair loss… yet.

Note that I will also be going to the military in a couple of days, and my dermatologist has told me that I will be experiencing some hair loss in the military due to strict grooming standards and from wearing helmets. The dermatologist also said that my hairline in general is fine, but I need to consult with you guys and with another dermatologist…

Here are the photos!
