27M Seeking Advice on Starting Hair Loss Treatments in UK

27M beginning so show clear signs of hair loss on temples and crown and I’m deciding to do something about it because it’s not too late.

I’m a bit overwhelmed by the options and combinations available (here in the UK) and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me how much the starting routine matters, more specially:

Fin vs Dut: I know the latter is stronger but is it better to start with Fin?

Oral vs Topical: The most common combo seems to be oral Fin and topical Min, but seems like oral and topical is available across the board?

How do I decide what to start with? Or is it a case os refining after some time of experiencing desired effects and side effects.

In short;

Oral - goes into your blood stream. The word is systemic.

Topical - Localised. Yet there’s evidence of systemic effects but less compared to oral.

I think a spectrum based on the side effects would be like : DUT - Fin (oral) - Fin (Topical) and you can reduce the dosage too if you want.
