Title, min fin for 1.5 years. Mild improvement since I started treatment (maybe 10-15%) but not enough for my hair to look “good.” All the major clinics are rejecting me for age and diffuse thinning, what to do from here?
find a new clinic.your donor seems good, not “god-like” but good. you may switch under the guidance of a doctor to dutasteride and minoxidil with tretinoin and then proceed with a hair transplant. if donors are not enough (don’t worry it will be enough given your back (occupital) and side (temporal) scalp 
, just in case I say this), you may need verteporfin or beard donor. you don’t want to spend your 20s with the hair of a 30 year old if you are here on this forum.
ps:ignore what people say. people are on average and gullible, dumb and inconsiderate. they have no idea what balding is, what it does to a young man. it can only be marginally better in a relativistic comparison compared to the death of one’s immediate family member or contracting/developing a horrible disease/illness, speaking form anecdotal experience of mine. you are gonna get made fun of for something you posess 0 authority over. The looks matter as fuck, 24 is a young age to lose your hair, most women don’t like bald men or men losing their hair at that age. employers want “presentable” candidates as if balding turns you into quasimodo and even then this is the literal definition of discrimination maybe not race-based but looks-based nevertheless, neither of the two traits one posesses can be easily changed. people want “good looking” people around them. men may make fun of you, even balding or bald men for some reason as if they don’t have that issue at all themselves. harsh but the cold hard truth. while men also won’t typically see it as a problem to have you around them even with their partner, as friends. BUT this because to men/women alike you are deemed unattractive, that is how you would be perceived.
