Hello, I’m 23M and for the last couple of months I’ve been getting these large dandruff flakes on the front middle of my head, towards my hairline. They’re coming out with quite a lot of young hairs (I have very long hair so I can tell they’re young). I remember when it first started happening I had been scratching/itching that area a lot, but I stopped once I realised what was going on. Now we’re a couple months down the line and it’s still happening, though it isn’t itchy anymore. I’ve been using an anti-dandruff shampoo the past couple weeks but haven’t noticed any change. I have two older brothers who are both bald. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
to tackle those flakes, try a ketoconazole shampoo a few times a week. it targets the yeast that often causes dandruff. additionally, consider using CBD with MCT oil on your scalp for anti-inflammatory effects. since you’ve got a family history of baldness, keep an eye on any other thinning. check tressless.com for more guidance.
