23M receding hairline, thinning overall and at the back

don’t have any pictures because I’m self conscious but my hair use to be great a couple of years ago, semi curly and thick. But recently it’s straight, and very thin. What can I start to stop this? I also have a McDonald’s hairline and it’s all affecting my confidence and mental health. Can I take finasteride and minoxidil in pills form from like MANUAL or something? Please help :folded_hands: am from UK

You can definitely try fin and oral min to help with your receding hairline and thinning. Fin helps reduce DHT, which is often responsible for hair loss, and oral min is getting popular for its stronger results in promoting hair growth. You’ve got to be patient, though, as it might take a few months to see improvement. Also, using a ketoconazole shampoo could help manage inflammation and lower DHT locally.
