Got on Fin and oral min last year for a few months, and it improved it a bit but I stopped because I was worried it was affecting my tool (though that might have been placebo). I also quit shampoo back in December which may have contributed to the hairloss increasing (but it was similar even before I quit). My hair is a big part of my identity so any guidance would be appreciated

If you’re worried about libido effects from fin, switching to topical fin or dutasteride might reduce side effects. Oral min is effective and can help with thickness. Since you quit the shampoo, if it was ketoconazole, consider reintroducing it to help manage underlying inflammation or seborrheic dermatitis, which might contribute to hair loss.
