It’s been a long time since I last posted here.
I’m 23 years old. I’ve been using minoxidil for 3 years and finasteride for 10 months. Overall, my hair has gradually improved. I know I probably have a Norwood 2 hairline (or close to it) because of my temples, but I’m happy with how things are going.
The only thing that worries me is my crown. Today was the first time I took a picture of the back of my head, and I’m not sure if what I’m seeing is just a normal hair whorl or if my crown is starting to thin.
I’ve had two hair whorls for as long as I can remember, but I don’t know if they’re supposed to look like this.
Do you think this is just my anxiety, or does it actually look like early crown thinning? If it really is thinning, I’ll have to start preparing myself for the possibility of shaving my head one day.
