Im already using oral finasteride and topical minoxidil but as you can see the frontal and top thinning areas im considering oral minoxidil also i dont know is this aga or te i think its aga+te
Hard to diagnose AGA or TE over the internet but you should assume it’s AGA. Go get a blood test to check iron, etc. Stick with your treatments in the meantime and try to be patient
