20M Losing Hair After 6 Months of Topical Finasteride and Minoxidil

I am 20M. I have used 1 ml of 0.25% of topical finasteride and minoxidil for the past 6 months. But still I am receding. I am not a non-responder. Finasteride has reduced my hairfall by 60%. But still I am losing ground. What can be done?

Oral fin reduces scalp DHT by 40%. Oral dut reduces scalp DHT by 50%. Topical fin reduces scalp DHT by 70%. So I have tried the most powerful option and still I am losing. So does this mean I give up on holding onto my hair?

you might not be a non responder, yes, technically topical fin is the strongest solution, but it isn’t necessarily the best one. Your scalp might not be absorbing it as well as it would for others, I definitely suggest you try oral and maybe even dutasteride.

That info is bullshit. Oral fin is more effective than topical fin. And dutasteride is stronger and has a similar safety profile, I’d just switch to oral dutasteride 0.5mg a day, it’s the best treatment for male hairloss
