19M with Norwood 2-3: Advice After 1 Year on Topical Min, Stopped Fin Due to Sides

I am prolly between Norwd 2-3
i started my treatment in 2024 in late march with topical Min for one year

Then tried topical fin/min and got sides from it so last year in august i tried 0.25 mg fin everyday with minor sides i continued my dose for 5 months i had sides like no morning wood low libido lil soft erections so i kept continued as i had no major issues and during this phase i still had my hair shedding and from jan i stopped taking my dose its almost 12-13 days still have those sides
now i dont know what to do pls a little advise would help a lot

right now i am applying topcial min and consuming no form of fin.
i m gonna go to my derm tomorrow too
