18M Considering Minoxidil for Thinning Corners, Style Advice?

Hey I’m 18 years old and have been noticing my corners have been getting thinner for about a year now, it looks like it will go to a norwood two or three with no crown thinning yet. Another thing to consider is that I am a late bloomer and am recently noticing more body hair, facial hair and thicker eyebrows.

My first question is that can fringes with a bad hairline look good?

And my second question is wondering if it would be a good idea to use minoxidil for a few years then go to finasteride, as at the moment I am pretty warey of getting finasteride if I can just grow my hair over it anyway.

Would appreciate any advice, thanks.

min can work for thinning corners. it’s often effective at increasing blood flow and stimulating hair growth there. if you’re wary of fin, sticking to min first is a good plan to see how your hair responds. some people later switch to fin, but it’s personal preference. as for style, fringes can be a good way to cover thinning areas and work well for many. check out The Beginner’s Guide for more info.
