I have recently turned 18 and I’m having hair thinning (diffuse) at crown and scalp area . 1mg finasteride isn’t easily available where I stay (only 5mg finasteride ) so my only option is 0.5mg dutasteride ( but people are saying dut/fin) causes prostate
