16 advice on routine I'm beginning

My scalp can be seen from the front, with noticable thinning in the area behind my hairline as well as new, small bald spots all around my head. I lost most of the right side of my hair and the corners of my back due to acne I failed to notice early due to my long hair. I’ve been prescribed Nizoral 1% and it’s seemed to have paused the acne but the area is now shiny and hairless, probably scar tissue now too.

What’s my best course of action here?

My sister is a beautician, so she’s begun giving me PRP monthly. I’m considering oral minoxidil too, but for finasteride I will probably have to wait until 18 or maybe my dermatologist appointment in September. I COULD buy finasteride/dutasteride online unprescribed, but I’m broke and unsure about starting too young. I have begun a routine of applying rosemary oil w/ a carrier oil once every two days and fluocinolone 0.025% on affected areas daily.

I’m really just looking for reassurance in my routine and something to keep me feeling confident or any extra help while I sit on the horribly long NHS waitlist… Any help would be appreciated!

The side part maybe looks like alopecia areata, but I could be wrong tho. dont hop on finasteride, since youre obviously too young, maybe minoxidil could help, but i would read the Beginner’s Guide.
